Maybe the best quality LeCroy I have, color, form, and patina--the piece was found somewhere along the Ohio River, New Albany, Indiana, area--wish I could have gathered more provenance, but an antique dealer bought an elderly mans' collection, passed it on the first chance he got--never could locate him again to ask more history (if he even recorded any history beyond the area)--it's been a decade, so there is no additional provenance to provide.. Material: I worked under the assumption the speckled flint is a form of Coshocton, measures 1&5/16" by 3/4", only 3/16" max thickness. The base shows excellent grinding, blade edges show some finely made serration. Damage is limited to one shoulder, and that chip is anciently made. If you use a different classification than LeCroy, that's fine, there seem to be something like fourteen different names given to bifurcates--regardless, it's guaranteed authentic. Shipping is $5.00, checks, cash, or M.O.s welcomed. Sorry, I do not use paypal--Roy A.
