Any and all artifacts sold through the Arrowheads.com Artifacts Sales Gallery are guaranteed by the individual store owners/sellers. Arrowheads.com assumes no responsibility for any item sold through the Gallery. ALL sellers must abide by the rules stated on arrowheads.com. These rules include a minimum 14 day unconditional return policy. In the event of a dispute, buyers shall contact the seller to try to resolve any issues. ALL artifacts bought are unconditionally returnable if the buyer contacts the seller within 14 days from their receipt of the artifact. Sellers who do not follow the stated policy and rules shall forfeit their presence on the site. No refunds will be given if a seller is removed. 


Individual stores are asked to clearly post their return period as well as their shipping rates in their store profiles, and buyers are encouraged to review each store’s stated policy before making a purchase.

WE DO NOT CONDONE OR OFFER TO BUY ANY ARTIFACT RECOVERED ILLEGALLY. IF THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO SELL YOURS.

All display and for sale items are subject to approval by the site administration. We reserve the right to remove any item at our own discretion and that removal must be honored without rejection.
