  Guarantee that all items sold are exactly as represented.
  Inform buyer of any re-chipping or restoration that you have discovered on a piece.
  Give buyer a reasonable time to have piece looked at by a qualified authenticator – minimum of 14 days.
  Refund entire purchase price, if piece will not pass inspection by a qualified authenticator
