A fine, fine grade Greenbrier Point out of a Posey County, Indiana, collection--high grade Indiana Hornstone, 2&1/8" by 1&1/16"--slightly over 1/4" max thickness. The auriculate base is heavily ground. Note the blade shape is VERY much like a Warrick Point, down to the small 'hooked' barbs--the base, though, is pure Early Archaic Greenbrier style. The blade shows a small degree of bevel sharpening--left edge, both faces. The patina on this piece is 'no brainer', every detail is guaranteed authentic. Shipping is included, checks or M.O.s are welcomed--Roy A.
