An old, very, very patinated Kentucky Dovetail, ex Bill Pesch collection (Illinois)--comes with an older COA, but is an absolute no brainer even without a certificate. . There is nothing in the paperwork to indicate it, but the piece looks like a creek find, that's the strong patina--lifetime guaranteed authentic, period. Shipping is$8 as the COA is a larger certificate (I'll post a picture of the COA). Length is barely over 2&7/8" by 1&3/16"----a 3/8" center thickness, so the blade must have been considerably larger before repeated edge/ bevel sharpening--either Ft. Payne Chert or a close cousin: Muldrough Chert, take your pick Base shows excellent edge grinding, same to say for beveling and patination. Every detail is lifetime guaranteed authentic. Shipping is $3.00 for the COA-- sent separately to avoid folding it. I welcome checks or M.O>s, but please note I do not use paypal--Roy A.
