One barb away from being a $150 Pinetree, but the Early archaic(7500BP) hunter snapped the barb in usage. You see a fully intact Pinetree with BOTH barbs there, that's what's unusual. This one is from a site along the Ohio River, Hancock County, Kentucky, based collection--did the man find the Pinetree there in Hancock County, or was he hunting the river upstream near Indiana Swans Landing Site--too late to ask him (as usual). The much-sharpened, serrated hornstone point measures 2" by very slightly under 1&1/8"--profile is very thin at only 3.5 sixteenths inch The type Indiana Hornstone is a diagonally banded form of Hornstone--Harrison County, Indiana, quarried flint. The base is very well ground, the patina is 100% lifetime guaranteed authentic. Shipping is $6.00, checks or M.O.s welcomed. Sorry, I do not use paypal--Roy A.
