Out of the Spencer--Perry County, Indiana, area, a banded form of Hornstone used to make this 3&1/16" by 1&1/2"5/16" thick Stilwell point--really well made even if used more than a few times by the Early Archiac hunter some 7500BP. The upper blade shows more sharpening than the lower blade, so likely this was the original width, but there was even more blade length--some serration shows on the edges, and the base, like a lot of Stilwell points, has little grinding of the basal edge--there is some grinding on the sides of the stem, though, so they recognized it was necessary to dull the areas where sinew was wrapped. Good flint, good patina, lifetime guaranteed authentic. Shipping is $6.00 with checks or M.O>s welcomed. Sorry, I do not use paypal--Roy A.
