A Dubois County, Indiana, creek find from a decade or more past--a short base Hardin that spent some 7500 years in a creek. Note the tip--a definite sign the blade was exposed to a campfire, you can see the heat pop-outs on both faces. The edges were reworked by the Early Archaic hunter, he kept the sharp, may even have used the thinning effect of the pop out to make the tip edges sharper than they would have been (if thicker). Material is a patinated Indiana Hornstone2&7/16" by 1&3/16". The stem edges are ground, slightly heavier grinding on the sides than the base. Lifetime guaranteed real, period, found by an old friend, and I'm pretty sure exactly which creek he was hunting at the time. Shipping is $6.00, checks or M.O.s welcomed. Sorry, I do not use paypal--Roy A.
