Any minor damage to a barb end aside, this Buck Creek qualifies as "Very nice point" in about anyone's opinion, I think. Out of Gibson County, S.W. Indiana, a farm that was alongside the Wabash River. Made of Indiana Hornstone, 2&1/4" by 1&1/8"--max thickness is only 1/4" in the center of the blade. The point was knapped down into the cortex of the flint--it's not a snap base or a 'worked to the flint edge' piece, it's just very thin where the maker worked around (and incorporated) the cortex. Some Buck Creeks have a needle tip, but this point shows minor use to that tip--slightly more rounded tip than needle tipped. Every detail is guaranteed authentic. Shipping is $6.00 with checks or M.O.s welcomed--sorry my store does not use paypal-they payment services--Roy A.
