Serrated and sharp tipped, a Warrick County, Indiana, Pinetree Cornernotch with quite a number of Early Archaic-made sharpenings. The rounded base is VERY well ground. Length is slightly over 1&1/2" by 1", and max thickness is just over 1/4". I wish I could say the barbs were intact, but that's so common of a 'wear' item on Pinetrees--those went with either use or the repeated sharpening of the blade. The basal corners are intact, though, so that's why I suspect the barbs snapped at part of the blade serration process--one side more in-curvate than the other edge-- as the photos should show. The material is our Spencer County, Indiana, Holland Chalcedony--'cousin flint' of Flint Ridge from Ohio--good piece, guaranteed real. Shipping is $5.00, checks or M.O>s are welcomed. Sorry, I do not use paypal--Roy A.
