Includes the shipping on this Posey County, S.W. Indiana Axe. The piece is a Full Groove Early Archaic type, made from a river cobble--you can still see some of the original surface of the cobble where the 7500BP maker incorporated the shape of the rock (Granite or a quartzite) into his final design:3&9/16" by 2&3/8", thickness of 1&3/16".All the years of use show on the bit, use, slight damage, touch-up/ re-polish, reuse, finally lost. A few light farming-made scratches show, simply another part of its history. Your eyes will tell you it's real, I hardly need to state that it is-make sense? I take checks or M.O.s, welcome them, but I do not use paypal--Roy A.
