Twenty, twenty-five years back, a Tom Davis auction that included a small frame of Palmers--this one the last left, kind of forgotten before a basement renovation project my daughter is pushing--I'm finding some decent pieces that were stashed and forgotten. This palmer, base is well ground, is made of Sonora Flint 1&11/16" by15/16"--1/4" max thickness. Was the piece from a S.E. Indiana or a Kentucky collection in his area of Staunton, Kentucky, that I would have no way to guess--it's patinated, it's real. Shipping is $5.00, checks or M.O>s are welcomed.
