Riverton Culture, that streamside farming LateARchaic culture, they used river gravels almost exclusively--you might find a few made of Hornstone, but generally speaking their dart points are made of some of the toughest river gravels available--surprisingly, their 'birdpoints' show considerable artistry, they often resemble points made by other cultures--their more basic cherts / Jasper points are almost always identified by the chert selection, though--and the small size--the longest of this group of ten Gibson County, Indiana, Wabash River points is 1&5/8"--that's a BIG Riverton. Neat pieces, great artistry, and lifetime guaranteed real. Shipping is $6.00, checks or M.O>s welcomed, cash is fine too, but I do not use paypal--Roy A.
