Price includes the shipping cost on this heavily mineralized flint Celt--or possibly a chisel--a tool like that, anyway--a 'chopper'. The piece is out of a creek in the Hopkins County, Kentucky, area, twenty years or more in my collection. The flint, 4&7/16" by 1&7/8" and thickness of 3/4" is either a Dover Chert, or something very similar--WELL FORMED, the knapping is very well made. Mineral adhesions show on the side that was in the creek gravel/ mud--gritty with age & calcium. Note the heel is NOT broken, the Woodland knapper used the entire length of the preform to make the tool as long as possible--slight cortex shows on the flattened end--not a break. Absolutely authentic in every detail. I welcome payment by check, cash, or M.O., but please note my store doesn't use paypal--Roy A.
