The shipping is covered, nothing additional on this group of seven Hafted Scrapers out of a small Pike County, Indiana, collection--'converted' Brewerton points, Matanzas, and (as they've lately become better known )Brunswick points that broke in usage, had the tip blunted for use as a scraper. The center point/blunt is 1&3/16", Indiana Spencer County-type "Holland Flint" so you can judge the size. Driving to the home where the collection had been displayed I drove past this raised 'knob' of a bean field--100% certain that was the site ( a slough just off in the lowlands) where the Mid Archaic--Late Archaic camp had been...you see enough Mid Archaic sites, you know what sort of terrain those early peoples looked for--these are real, period. I welcome checks (or cash) or money orders, but do not take paypal--Roy A.
