A Big Sandy Broad Base that was considerably sharpened (shortened) before it was lost in Gibson County, Indiana--the piece part of a farmers' collection. The hornstone point is in excellent condition, measures 1&9/16" by 1", and that wide base is the widest part of the point--that alone tells you the blade started considerably longer. The ground basal edge also dates the point to the Early Archaic period, it wasn't one of the Mid Archaic points that 'brought back' side-notching (the grinding to the base is always the key). Every detail is lifetime guaranteed authentic. Shipping is $6.00, checks or money orders are how I welcome payment. Sorry, this store doesn't use paypal--Roy A.
