Out of the New Castle, Indiana, area, came from a retired, now deceased teacher's collection--Turkey Tail measures 2&7/16" by 1&1/16"--the center thickness of 3/8" would indicate there were enough Late Archaic sharpenings to shorten the blade. There is slight dulling of the stem, but not enough to quality as "ground". A nice, collectible point made from Harrison County (Indiana) hornstone, guaranteed real. Shipping is $5.00, checks, cash, or M.O.s, but please note I do not take paypal--Roy A.
