Not the "Fractured Base" style Decatur, instead with an auriculate base--the blade, though, is classic Early Archaic Decatur chipping. A creek find from the Trigg County, Kentucky, streams, length is 1&9/16" by 1&1/4"--5/16" max thickness, proportional. The base is ground, the barbs are intact--basal corners show only modest wear--close up pics should show the excellent condition. The material is a "Kentucky Grade" of Hornstone, deeply patinated, real. Shipping is $6.00 with checks or cash)--money orders welcomed. Sorry, I do not use paypal--Roy A.
