Out of the Jackson--Union County, Illinois, area, one very narrow Cobbs Knife, 3&7/8" long but only7/8" wide--very close to reaching 3/8" wide. The tip is a burin, needle-like--the base looks like it was used as a chisel (or scraper). The multiple uses are more than the usual Early Archaic Cobbs Knife, could b that was due to the narrow blade form. Good patination everywhere, simply real. Shipping is $6.00, the history will go with the piece--as it should. I welcome checks, cash, or M.O.s, but please note that my store does not use paypal--Roy A.
