Shipping cost is part of the price on this Indiana Hornstone point--the stem is heavily found as a Hardin would be, but the blade sharpening looks more like a later culture found & utilized the piece. In the base you can see the lines of a Knobbed Hardin--when a piece is "Stage one", as-first-made, the lines are textbook, but after this many sharpen-and-use cycles are 'in the books' you have to study the piece to know (and understand) what it went through. "Used to exhaustion" points will teach you more than that beginning-stage point ever will--and like this Dubois County, Indiana, creek find, well worked points have a 'worn feeling' when you hold them--almost slick to the touch--creek water & sand help that, naturally; measures 3&3/8" by 1&1/16", 5/16" max thickness. I welcome checks or M.O>s but please note I do not use paypal--Roy A.
