Out of a Christian County, Kentucky, collected frame of flint, three pieces I've had for a half-dozen years now--all three are Hornstone. The snap Base started as a cornernotched point, first had the base snap, then the tip was converted into a drill form--exactly 2" by 1&3/8". The longer Buck Creek snap base form is 1&15/16", the other, the best made of the two is 1&3/4", thin, not quite a quarter inch thick, 13/16" wide--REALLY well made stem. Each of the three is 100% guaranteed authentic. Shipping is $8.00. I welcome payments by check, cash, or M.O., but do not use paypal-type payment services--Roy A.
