A find from along the Wabash River, Gibson county, Indiana--made from our Hoosier Harrison County Hornstone2&13/16" by 1&1/8". Note the one blade edge has some very fine pressure chipping along the one blade edge--the main cutting edge, so the blade was sharpened several times in Woodland use--you know it started a bit wider (and longer) than the present dimensions. The stem is heavily ground along the edges, and the base wasn't flattened the way most Adenas seem to be--many seem to have had the sharp point of the base chipper-away to fit them onto a handle more 'flatly' (get rid of any wiggle). The patina is EXACTLY what a 2,000 year old point should be, it's lifetime guaranteed authentic. Shipping is included with the price. I welcome checks or money orders, but do not use paypal--Roy A.
