Slightly curved, end-to-end, 4&1/8" long by 1&3/16" wide, and thickness maxes out at 11/16" in the center--a tool, not a toy, and Paleo by reason of the large flake scars and the overall curvature--the ridge back style. The piece is out of a Robertson County, TN, collection ex G.Noel. The work polish, the overall gloss is one to indicate long, long usage, just great patina. Limestone 'cherty' cortex shows on one end, the 'tip end' is more like a wood chisel. Note that one blade edge is sharper, it was the 'cutting edge' whereas the other edge was deliberately dulled to protect the users' hand--you can feel how the Paleo user ground that edge smooth.
