No 'hype', either you like the Lost Lake or you don't--this 'greenish patinated' creek find has been in my personal collection most of a decade now--it's lifetime guaranteed real in every possible detail. The piece is from a county around Henderson, Kentucky--could be east of there, Daviess County, or west, Union County--you have the area, the guarantee, and next the dimensions:3&5/16" by not quite to 1&1/2"--thickness is between 5/16" and 3/8", excellent bevels, decent basal edge grinding. One barb has a small "notch-in" for better tie-on of sinew--the short based Lost Lake knife must have wiggled on its handle and the Early Archaic period hunter notched that barb to get a tighter hafting. Note the tip has a slight modification that ancient hunter made to use it as a burin--you can still see the small needle point he fashioned. Shipping is $5.00, checks or M.O.s are welcomed. Note that I do not take paypal--Roy A.
