A creek find from Warrick County, S.W. Indiana--made from hornstone, slightly over 3&7/8" by 2&1/16", only 3/8" max thickness. I left the piece exactly as-found, mud and all--you see it exactly as the finder must have. There being no bevel sharpening, the knife is a first stage of the Cobbs Knife form. There is a tiny tip chip and that side repair--or shaft sharpener--cut in to the edge. It's sharp-edged in the indention, so if it was intended as a shaft scraper, it didn't get much use before being lost in a creek. Absolutely every detail is guaranteed authentic. Shipping is $8.00, checks or M.O>s are how I welcome payment. Sorry, I do not use paypal-type payments--Roy A.
