Some artifacts, they just have an "in-hand" feel--you either know that feeling, or what I write will never make sense. This 3&5/8"--Jasper, I'd call it--knife was found near Barkley Lake, Trigg County, so many decades back tourists were encouraged (by the DNR) to hunt arrowheads...imagine that. Width is by 1/2"--patina is just great. Again, hold the knife for a few seconds, you'll understand the great age feel. Note the shaft--sharpening notch on one blade edge--use polished.
