Rummaging through pieces that've been stored in my basement, these from a small collection a friend bought--brought me in 2001. Time flies. They're southwest Indiana, could be Spencer County as that's where he bought a lot of his artifacts--all are of slightly different colored Indiana Hornstone. The Pinetree (base is well ground so I wouldn't call it a Kirk) Drill, well, a shame about the tip, but it's an ancient break, patina shows--1&3/4". The Palmer is 1&1/4", strong basal grinding. The small 1" Cornernotch I would call a Kirk although it does have some basal edge grinding--a small use-made ding on the tip. It shows a bit of glue on one side so I would expect it was on a display board at one time--long before I bought it, though. The trio are real, period. Shipping is $5.00, checks or M.O.s are welcomed. Sorry, I never use paypal--Roy A.
