Auction, mostly flint from my Hoosier state, but one frame-worth of points and knives from when the finder lived in Oklahoma--some of the flints are so similar to hornstone they'll surprise you--some look like Kentucky/ Tenn. Ft. Payne Chert--a couple of the final pieces, mainly a large heat treated preform with a slightly bifurcated base look like Missouri materials. The finder labeled an abbreviation "Wag" (Wagoner, OK) on the pieces. They range in size from the tiny Scallorn (or Sequoyah) Point at 7/8" up to the big preform at 3&1/8". The wide Gary Point at top left is 2&5/16". That really serrate point, it looks like they couldn't decide which end was supposed to be the tip, which the base--not sure what to call that one.A couple pieces at the far left are 'partials'. There is no modern rechipping, the pieces are real. Shipping is included with the price. Payments are limited to checks (or cash) and money orders--I do NOT use paypal--Roy A.
