If I'm going to place a name on the large base point I'd look at Robbins Adenas, and judging by the really huge stem the blade isn't even half the size it started--impressive stem, it supported a very large knife blade. Present length of the piece is 2&11/16" by 1&3/16", yet the thickest caliper measurement barely goes over 5/16". Best guess--the flint is a local material called "West Franklin Chert"--creek patina makes it very hard to identify 100%...the stemmed piece matches the patina on raw flint found at the flint source creek.
