Kentucky Kirk,3&5/8" by 1&5/8", slightly over 3/8" max thickness at the base. The stem was Early Archaic use-snapped--the long blade, though, stayed in use--about a half inch up from the wings (shoulders) the edges are slightly dulled for wrapping (and not abrading) sinew--it made the hafted knife slightly shorter, but it (the salvage) kept the tool in use. If there isn't enough patina on the piece, I'd have to question what WOULD satisfy? It's real, period. It's out of Kentucky, and it's a form of either a Sonora grade or a local ADair County) flint that's related to both Sonora and Boyles--guess the precise flint classification would take a geologist to classify--it they could. Good piece, period. Shipping is $5.00, checks or M.O>s are welcomed. Sorry, I do not use paypal--Roy A.
