Out of Dubois County, S.W. Indiana, a very good grade of Indiana Hornstone,2&15/16" by 1&5/16"--a medial ridge that's 5/16" max thickness. The Adena rounded stem shows excellent edge grinding. The only damage is a farming-made ding off the side of the tip--the patination of the blade, contrasted in the spot shows it's a recent hit--that farm implement also is likely what brought the point to the surface, allowed it to be found--the ding also keeps the price reasonable--it's a 'trade-off". Shipping is $9.00, checks, cash, or money orders are the ONLY ways to buy the piece as I do not use paypal-type services--Roy A.
