A very well made square stemmed Kramer Point, Burlington Chert, 2&9/16" by 1&1/16", thickest spot is only 5/16". The piece comes from the Sangamon County area of western Illinois. There is excellent grinding to the sides of the stem--the point is mineralized and iron streaked, 100% guaranteed authentic. So you can check out the patina there is a micro-chip on the very tip--it shows the white flint of Burlington that hasn't seen soil aging--so small I wouldn't call it damage, but face it, we all want to be sure a point is ancient. Compare patina, you'll be convinced. Shipping is $7.00, checks are welcomed, as are money orders, but I do not use paypal-type payment services--Roy A.
