An artifact show, some time back, I tried to ask the seller "Where's it from?"--not being a Kentucky piece unless it was found right along the Ohio River. His reply was a 'generic' "Central Kentucky". Yeah, sure, this material has a pretty defined distribution area, and 'Central Kentucky' ain't it, lol. So--this Adena, 2&9+/16" by a bit over 1&3/16", 5/16" thinness, is an Ohio piece--enough 'squaring' to the stem that I'd classify it as a Robbins-type Adena. There are a couple minor chips, the very tip and one barb to keep the price reasonable, but that find Chalcedony sure makes up for it. Great patina, guaranteed authenticity. Shipping is $8.00 with checks, cash, or M.O.s the only three ways you can buy the piece. Sorry, I do not use electronic payments (like paypal)--Roy A.
