A high degree of overall polish, an extremely 'crisp' Celt bit--the Celt is a field find out of Crawford County, Illinois, 3&5/16" by 1&11/16", but only 5/8" (barely) thickness. I did a double-take when my camera picked up the light blue-green "swirl" in the stone itself--I'd bet that on first noticing the light streak the Woodland fashioner did some extra polishing to bring out that color--made it special. Is there ancient use, some corner dings--sure, but those are also part of the patina--it's real. Shipping is $8.00 due to new postal rates, and I welcome payments that arrive by mail: checks, cash, or M.O.s, but please note this store doesn't take paypal-type payments--Roy A.
