Some artifacts, they either grab your attention--or not--if you collect Indiana Hornstone knives (hafted or as blades), this one should qualify--high end? No, but then they don't all have to be G-10s. This one is from S.W. Indiana--either Warrick or area Indiana county, it measures 2&3/4" by 1&15/16", thickest near the base at 3/8". The tip is the limestone 'cherty cortex' that surrounds a nodule of out Harrison County-found Hornstone. Two 'shaft scrapers' were indented--they're NOT damage; one n the base, one in the cortex area--too, a smaller indention shows above the larger cortex-area indention--maybe that was for finish-out work, but it definitely shows work polish. The piece has been in my collection for many years, it's lifetime (mine) guaranteed authentic. Shipping is $6.00 (the cheapest I can buy boxes and then ship through USPS). I welcome checks, I welcome money orders--cash is fine, too, I've never had a problem with someone mailing cash--but I use no types of payment services (like paypal)--Roy A.
