This is an absolutely fantastic artifact—one you don’t want to pass up. It comes with a Bennett COA, and while Jim notes “mottled flint” on the paper, in my honest opinion this is classic Carter Cave chert. The piece is thin, beautifully flaked, and a textbook example of its early Archaic type.

It measures 2 3/8" and has all the qualities collectors look for: great form, great material, and great authenticity—guaranteed.
