A creek find, Union or Webster County, Kentucky--in my collection for the past eleven years. The finder reported the piece had that 'more recent' tip retouch chipping when he found it, so a later culture (than the Adena) found and utilized the long, thin knife--hornstone,3&1/2" by 1&1/16"--figure any rechipping was done by a Hopewell or a Mississippian Culture knapper.. The creek hunter, chipping flint was "above his paygrade"...so I know he didn't do it. You had to know him, lol.
Shipping is $9.00, checks, cash, or money orders are the only way to buy (paay for) the piece as I do not use paypal-type services--Roy A.
