Made of Indiana "Green" Flint--Attica Chert--2&9/16" by a lean 13/16", quarter inch max thickness, one very nice Kirk Stemmed-Serrated from the Rushville, Indiana, area (Rush County). The basal edge shows moderately good edge grinding. Why Kirk Culture (7500BP) ground the bases on their stemmed points but not their Cornernotches, that's 'above my pay grade'--fact is that's exactly what they did. Multiple, four-times-over sharpen and use cycles left slight wear to the ends of the barbs, but the patination is very consistent, every detail is real. Shipping is $9.00, USPS rates. Payment can be by check, money order--or case, but please (before you turn in an order) read this last line--I do not use paypal-type services--Roy A.
