I bought a group of arrows from an estate--nothing unusual about that, but one look at this 'hoss' of an Adena (in sunlight), the patina of the tip didn't match the body of the point. This is one where you could put the piece under blacklight or natural spectrum lights (I use Ott Lites for that very purpose), the top inch of the tip on one side, the edge of the tip for about 1.5" on the opposite face, they show new edge chipping--this piece would be a good candidate for restoration, rebuild the tip as it should have been. The Adena/ Robbins Adena is a Kentucky material, some flints I've seen in the Adair and Russell County, KY area (related to Boyle Chert?)--that's the best I can identify it. Length is 3&1/16" by 1&1/2", and a thick medial ridge that's 7/16" max thickness. Shipping is $8.00 due to the weight, and payment can be by check, cash, or M.O. Sorry, I do not use paypal-type payments--Roy A.
