PLEASE NOTE! If you've attempted to make a purchase from us but were unable to do so please let us know so we can diagnose & fix the issue!! Accompanied by a Western Typology COA, this Humbolt is made of Triple flow obsidian. Its called Triple flow as it has 3 distinct types of obsidian in one rock. In this case Semi Translucent, Banded, & a small splash of mahogony on the side with the light patina. The rusty brown color that gives Mahogony Obsidian it's name is caused by Iron rich contaminates that get into the hot volcanic natural glass. Both sides are well flaked diagonally, the heavily patinated side shows long term exposure to wind water & sand action as the flaking scars are a bit worn . Our grade on this piece is a G9.5 due to it lacking a bit in size & symmetry.
