This Gatecliff Split Stem Would've earned a G9 had it had a bit better symmetry and didn't have a pockmark on the back side. Apparently it had a stack on that side & the maker got a bit to agressive in it's removal. Dating between 3,000 B.C. to 1300 B.C.. Our grade on this piece is G7.5. It was found in the early 1940's in the Ft. Rock Valley located in Lake County Oregon.
