Out of a Webster or Union County, Kentucky, creekbed--hornstone, 2&5/8" by 1&7/16". As you'd expect with a 'late phase' of the Hopewell period the Buck Creek doesn't show basal edge grinding--about the same edge dullness as the well used knifeblade itself. On 'near to the last use' a small tip impact fracture took off an eighth inch or less. The piece came from the finder in'19, so I'll pass along what info he provided when the point went in my collection--that provenance will be on the printout of the item description sent with the piece.
