Up for sale is a nice specimen of a Waratan type point that was recovered from the Yadkin River valley of North Carolina. This is made from Quartzite material and measures 1 5/16" long x 1" wide. This type is from the Woodland era. There are noticeable deposits of mineralization and patina throughout , so rest assured of its authenticity.
