This beautiful Archaic Kirk corner notched point is made from a super rare exotic gem material that looks like black onyx. Tom Davis classified this material as a Knox county black translucent chalcedony that was found in Davidson County Tennessee. Ex Bruce Cantrell Ex Bill Moody collections. This point is Pictured in Jim Bennett’s Ancient Indian Artifacts Volume 1. Davis G10 and Jackson coa’s. Great provenance pedigree. Comes with both coa’s and Bennetts first edition artifact book.
