AMAZING PATINA!
Very pretty and unique. This spear point is from the Early Archaic Period, 8,000 years old. It is Medium-Dark Brown Flint and has a spectacular cream colored patina. It was found in the the North Central Missouri area. The shoulders are small and point upwards on these rare projectiles. The stem is strong, long and straight. These projectiles were discovered by Toby Morrows, Chief Archeologist for the State of Iowa in 1984. Excellent workmanship and symmetry.
It comes with a Dwain Rogers COA. Priced to sell!
