This is a very rare collection of European cave artifacts given to or traded to my Grandfather by a fellow collector who spent time in Europe. My Grandfather typed out the information on the index card. These artifacts are likely hundreds of thousands of years old. Professor Hugo Obermaier, who my Grandfather mentions, was a world renowned archaeologist and wrote the book Fossil Man In Spain in 1924.
As I get older, and my children have no interest in artifacts, I am ready to sell this collection that has been very special to me. I am taking offers because I realise this will only interest unique buyers.
One of the pictures is of a few similar artifacts that were put up for auction recently, the price is in Euro’s I believe.
