This perfect ‘Black Beauty’ with Fox Ears was a part of my Grandfather's collection. It is so stunning, symmetrical and perfect, complete with a Dwain Rogers COA. The workmanship and flaking are museum quality, very nice patina. This point is an unusual black colored flint, Early to Late Archaic, 9,000-3,000 years old. It was found in the Oregon region. Can you imagine what their world was like back then?? How amazing it would have been to see the person make this point?
