This was a Webb County find that I aquired several years ago along with others. I don't know the exact locality of where it was found.
I have been told by a few people that they believe this is a Kinney and not a Tortuga as originally listed.
I know this has been on a few carts to date, and I apologize for any confusion or bother now that this has been corrected.
