A hornstone Kirk Cornernotch ,a light (typical Kirk in that regard) basal ground dart point, pressure flaked, 1&5/8" by nearly 1&1/8"--thin, slightly under 1/4" max thickness. Ex Bill Pesch Collection, Fayette County, Illinois, area. The one blade side has a small impact fracture--very minor, but it's there--tip shows minor wear--and also shows strong patina on that tip. The piece must have been found in a heavily mineralized soil the tip patina is so strong--that also speaks to the fact the point is lifetime guaranteed real. Shipping is $6.00, checks, cash, or M.O.s welcomed. Sorry, I do not use paypal--Roy A.
