Up for sale is a very nice specimen of a Middle Archaic era Morrow Mountain type 2 point. This artifact is made from a beautiful quartzite material and displays beautifully other than a tip ding. It has a decent size at 2 7/16" long x 1" wide. The artifact was recovered from the Yadkin river valley of North Carolina. There are noticeable deposits of mineralization and patina throughout , so rest assured of its authenticity.
